- Schedule posts with tools like Later or Buffer.
- Use free design tools, like Canva to streamline to process.
- Keep captions conversational and include a clear call-to-action.
- Facebook – great for community engagement. Find your niche, find your group and you’re in.
- Facebook groups are outperforming ”Pages” in engagement. Groups foster loyalty, feedback, and peer-to-peer support. Leave feedback, promote your business and create a community. Start a niche group around your product or service theme.
- Polls or Q&As is an interactive way build trust and keep members engaged. Not to mention a great way to gain feedback and improve.
- Encourage customers to share their experiences to your boosts your businesses authenticity and reach. Ask your friends and family to help you share your content, it’s not against the rules, but do not ask them to leave ”fake reviews”, this will come and bite you in the ass.

- TikTok – trendy, flash and easy to use. It has been proven to be an excellent resource to showcase your business in a very natural and fun way.

- Collaborating with influencers or micro-creators boosts credibility and reach, but let’s be honest no one wants to help other businesses succeed(well mostly), so this will be expensive and quite honestly unnecessary at this stage.
- Direct selling through the app is exploding, especially for product-based businesses, saying that who said this can’t be utilised for service-based businesses? Look, in 2024 we didn’t have TikTok account, we’ll give a go just for you.
